I've been thinking about the struggle many people are experiencing these days; financial, relationship, health, and career challenges. What would it take to make a real difference in their lives? I believe, the thoughts we think, create the feelings we have, and these feelings lead to the behaviour we exhibit. Ernest Holmes said, "Change your thinking, change your life." This holds true today. When we focus on our problems, they tend to continue and get bigger, when we are grateful for the good things in our life and begin to focus our attention on the good that is what begins to expand. Think a loving thought today, for yourself and others, and watch the changes begin. We are responsible for what we think and feel and we have the power to think a new thought. Try it. What have you got to loose?
